Job Description: On a typical day, you will:
•Take guest orders and make recommendations
•Serve the guests and check to ensure satisfaction
•Inform guests of any daily specials
•Explain how menu items and beverages are prepared
•Prepare food and beverages if applicable
•Present bills upon request and take payments
•Remove empty glassware
•Cover other sections if required
•Liaise and communicate effectively with all appropriate operational departments
•Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations
•Perform other duties as assigned or directed
Successful candidates will demonstrate the following qualifications:
• 1 year of recent serving experience required
•General knowledge of alcoholic beverages
•The ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
•The ability to stand for long periods of time
•You will provide a Great Experience and Memory to all guests, both external and internal
•Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills
•Fantastic customer service skills
•A fun can do attitude
•The ability to handle multiple tasks at one time |
