FULL TIME SURVEILLANCE OPERATOR
Job Description: Essential Functions: •Monitors gaming activity for an assigned area •Identifies potential gaming issues, suspicious individuals and activities •Prepares and maintains detailed log books •Adheres to all house policies and procedures and AGLC terms and Conditions •Liaises closely with the Casino Manager •Provides legal evidence in criminal situations •Ensures live surveillance is in place and that digital recordings are available •Manages other initiatives or duties as required Qualifications: •Grade 12 education or suitable combination of education and experience •Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal •Computer literacy in MS Office •Minimum 6 months of experience in casino surveillance or security •First Nations experience an asset •Other languages an asset •Criminal Record Clearance mandatory •Experience using CCTV equipment
Position Summary: •The Surveillance Operator is responsible for monitoring an assigned area within the facility and ensuring that all related equipment is in good working order.
