Job Description: Qualifications:
• A background in surveillance, security or investigations an asset.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of the rules of play for casino table games.
• Knowledge of Casino Terms & Conditions and Operating Guidelines.
• Related experience will be considered.
Hours of work: 40 to 44 hours per week, must be able to work shifts. |

Requirements:
• Monitor all activities on the gaming tables, slot machines, VLT machines,
slot banks, count room and the casino in general, using a CCTV camera
system.
• Review videotapes of table games, slot operations, count room and bank
procedures as required.
• Write detailed Incident Reports.
• Report breaches of security and procedure to the Director of Security and
Surveillance.
• Assist in the investigation of complaints from department managers as
required. |
