Job Description: Main Duties
Learn all types of casino games such as: Blackjack, Poker, Roulette, and any other live game as determined by man-agement; Wash, shuffle and deal cards with accuracy; Handle customer buy ins and make payoffs; Provide interpreta-tion to customers regarding table rules and procedures; Practice exemplary customer service at all times in a manner consistent with First Nation’s values; Collect and process revenues through established policies and procedures;
Prepare and tabulate reconciliation forms for overall accountability; Follow a strict dress code; Other job duties as directed by Live Games Supervisor and/or Live Games Manager. |
