Job Description: Based at the River Cree Resort & Casino and reporting to the General Manager with an indirect report to the Vice President of HR, this position’s role is to lead the Resort’s Human Resources function including accountability for driving progress toward being one of the top 100 employers in Canada to work and achieving the goal of attracting, developing, and retaining a talented, diverse workforce.
As a strategic thinker of a fully staffed HR team, you will be instrumental in the continuous development and leadership of the human resources function within the Resort to ensure the HR function is effective within all departments. You will develop and implement plans focused on building teams and retaining employees. You will work closely with leaders at all levels of the organization and provide direction regarding the impact of business decisions on associates.
