Job Description: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
Ensure all general admin work is captured and balanced daily. Ensure count operation is performed efficiently, and that all procedures are adhered to. Update all aspects of the CMS system. Constantly audit CMS ensuring that integrity of data is maintained. Ensure casino debtors are captured and balanced timeliness, and perform reconciliation monthly between Cage mate and Accpac. Balance WAP accounts on a monthly basis with Head Office. Preparation and control of records and data. Control of stored data, the supply of unmatched forms (controlled and security stationery). Accounting for and comparing of forms matched in operating the casino. Preparation of all financial and management reports. Casino Admin month end processing and reconciliation. Reconciling listings of all outstanding credit instruments i.e. debtors list Control access rights to computer media storage as per policies and procedures. Authorise all gaming journal entries and ensure that revenues, expenses, assets and liabilities are reconciled to the general ledger on a monthly basis. Investigate variances reported from cage and vault audits. Report and follow up on casino liabilities. Verifying gaming tokens, gaming chips or plaques taken into floats. Calculation of gaming tax payable. Review cash book reconciliation monthly. Continuous liaison with Finance and Gaming Management and staff. Ensure that all Gaming accounts procedures and equipments are in Compliance with the Gaming Board Legislation. Assist Gaming Board as and when required. Assist Internal & External Audit and compliance Manager as and when required. Monitor all Casino Admin/Gaming Accounts staff, identify training needs and schedule staff for training accordingly. Ensure that regular performance assessments are conducted on all gaming accounts staff, motivation and corrective measures are taken to maintain required performance standard. Monitor and ensure all employees code of conduct and performance are within rules, regulations and procedure of the company Ensure and maintain required number of staff per shift as per operational requirements.

Responsible for the organising, leading and control of the Casino Admin/Gaming Accounts Department; casino tables and slots counts to the highest/required standard of efficiency in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
COMPETENCIES/EXPERIENCE/ATTRIBUTES:
Matric Accounting/Bookkeeping qualification Extensive Accounting Experience Advanced C.M.S knowledge Casino Admin and Accounting Procedures as prescribed by Gaming legislation Motivational skills Management/Leadership skills Minimum three years experience in Casino Admin Supervisory level.
