Job Description: JOB DESCRIPTION:
Under the direction of the Cash Operations Manager, the incumbent is responsible for the direct supervision of cashiering functions. Duties include, but are not limited to, managing cage inventories; dealing directly with customer concerns/complaints as required within jurisdiction and ensuring all regulatory requirements are followed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma or equivalent required as well as one (1) to two (2) years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must also have one (1) year of cage, banking and/or cashiering experience and one (1) year of supervisory experience. Must possess ability to read and write short memos. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide by fractions, whole numbers, and decimals and ability to calculate interest, commission, and percentages as it applies to job functions are required. Position requires prolonged period of standing, walking, sitting, writing and keyboarding and performing duties in a smoking environment. Ability to read and understand all Seminole Tribe of Florida policies and procedures and ability to complete standard Seminole Tribe of Florida forms and reports are required. Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
