Job Description: Full time, Variable hours
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Under the supervision of the Poker Manager, the incumbent, either personally or through subordinates, is responsible for the overall operation of the Poker Room ensuring game security and compliance with all procedures and policies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or GED required, Associates Degree preferred and minimum three (3) years experience of poker or table game supervisory experience or an equivalent combination of experience and/or education.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must have some poker room experience.
Must have a professional demeanor and be able to communicate well with the public.
Strong customer service skills.
Proven ability to train and supervise employees.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must have ability to use good judgment in intense situations.
Must have thorough and be able to satisfactorily perform all hourly employee job duties.
Ability to work in a smoke-filled environment.
