Job Description: JOB REQUIREMENTS:


•Previous experience in a face-to-face guest service position preferred.


•Strong organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints, and attention to detail and quality of service.



•Ability to lift 25 pounds, bend and twist without restriction, stand for extended periods of time, move about freely and walk for extended distances, access all areas of the facility and travel off property, withstand indoor environmental conditions such as crowds, noise, dust varying lighting levels and smoke, while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.



•Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.



•High School Diploma or equivalent.



•Able to obtain a valid Gaming Card and Alcohol Awareness Card



•Ability to effectively communicate in English both in oral and written, additional languages preferred.



•Interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts, maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to MGM Grand standards, work varied shifts which may include weekends and holidays.









•Performs other related duties as requested.
