Job Description: •Must possess basic math skills.



•Must possess basic bookkeeping skills.



•Must possess basic typing skills.



•Must possess basic computer skills to post information to the database. Knowledge of Stratus and Players Club preferred.



•Must have skill in providing external and internal guests with an exceptionally enjoyable experience while performing functions of the position.



•Must be able to perform in an area that may be unusually hot, cold, noisy, smoky, dimly lit or illuminated, constant contact with staff and guests.



•Must be able to maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.



•Must be able to maintain mobility and withstand prolonged sitting or standing.



•Normal vision range is required.



•Must have eye/hand coordination.



•Must be able to distinguish color, letters, numbers and symbols.



•Regular predictable attendance is required.



•Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.



•High School Diploma or equivalent is required.



•Must be able to obtain a valid Gaming card.



•Must be able to effectively communicate in English both in oral and written form.



•Must possess interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.



•Must be able to maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to MGM Grand standards, work varied shifts which may include weekends and holidays.
