Supervises assigned operational functions within the Slot Marketing department consistent with the strategic plan, the fiscal budget, and the company’s short term and long-term profitability objectives.
•Supervises the delivery and measurement of guest service consistent with the company’s core service standards and brand attributes.
•Supervises assigned staff to include: hiring recommendations that encompass the company’s diversity commitment; training; coaching; performance feedback, recommending and administering discipline, and scheduling. Creates a work environment that promotes teamwork, recognition, mutual respect and employee satisfaction.
•Assists Players Club Representatives and guests with all requests in a professional and timely manner.
•Explains the Players Club program in detail and redeem guests’ points for cash.
•Issues FREE PLAY and explains how to use it.
• Evaluates members’ play and issues complimentaries based upon established MGM guidelines.
