Job Description: •Develops employee-training procedures relating to cashiering.
•Coordinates scheduling, staffing, payroll related issues and Human Resources related issues.
•Authorizes checks cashed or window markers as dictated by current policy.
•Monitors quality standards within the department, delegation of daily work, running all reports for the department.
•Reviews department operation and recommends enhancements to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
•Develops computer system training.
•Monitors compliance of Regulation 6A, state, federal, company and departmental rules and regulations.
•Authorized to sign on the Cage Special Account checkbook.
•Performs other job related duties as assigned.

•Supervises the delivery and measurement of guest service within assigned department(s) consistent with the company’s core service standards and brand attributes.
•Provides input into the research, development, evaluation and implementation of new products, services, technology and processes to ensure MGM Grand’s competitive position and in anticipation of changing customer needs with the dynamic hospitality and gaming environment.
•Supervises Human Resources responsibilities for assigned department(s) to include: creating a work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect and employee satisfaction; training and succession planning processes that encompass the company’s diversity commitment; adherence to the company’s status quo third party representation philosophy; compliance with company policies, legal requirements and collective bargaining agreements.
