Job Description: •At least one year experience in a Casino Marketing department
•At least one year experience in a high volume call center
•Previous experience with Opera, Players Club and CRM/VIPR preferred
•Excellent customer service skills
•Have or be able to obtain Gaming Registration
•Professional appearance and demeanor
•High School Diploma/GED
•To be able to communicate effectively in English both verbal and written
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
•Spanish and other languages preferred
•Microsoft Access experience preferred

The primary responsibility of the Casino Marketing Representative is to assist casino guests with reservation requests, including but not limited to rooms, shows, dinners, limos and amenities. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices and procedures.
Specific Job Functions:
•Utilize Bellagio’s SIGNATURE standards
•Answering telephones in a friendly, timely manner
•Assist guests with booking, changing or inquiring about reservations
•Evaluate guests’ play to properly issue complimentary items
•Assist casino hosts, VIP, Players Club, Box Office and other departments with information regarding casino guests
