Job Description: Responsibilities
Analyzes, designs, develops, and implements enterprise-wide Lotus Notes/Web- based systems based on design specifications.
Interacts with business users to gather user requirements and analyze the operation and data requirements to determine business solutions to improve workflow, document management and tracking applications.
Analyzes programs not performing to specification; designs and applies corrections to program logic.
Analyzes business problems and prepares specifications from which programs will be written.
Responsible for application development projects utilizing Lotus Notes/Web development.
Documents the project timeline and reports status updates to stakeholders. Maintains and updates program revisions and modifications.
Assists in developing training and resource materials; provides user and departmental training
Analyzes and prepares reports.
Requirements
Completion of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Five years of related experience in applications programming and development.
Proficient in LotusScript and formula language is required.
Understanding of HTML, XML, Object Oriented Programming Relational Database Management Systems such as, Oracle, SQL Server or DB2, is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Effective analytical and effective listening skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and maintain an attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in the use, development and support of computer business applications, and in the specific operating systems, programming languages and development environments used.
Some travel may be required.
