Job Description: Primary duties and responsibilities:
•Identify and organize opportunities, prioritize and action according to revenue potential.
•Analyze market conditions and suggest proactive and reactive competitive strategies.
•Coordinate large amounts of information through research and render supportable and actionable recommendations.
•Process flow standardization and identification of best practices.
•Relay findings to functional areas in a useful way. Request feedback, provide recommendation and implementation assistance and follow-up to ensure compliance.
•Work with Information Systems to develop systems and reporting to support new business practices. Includes new system testing, data validation and report development using new business decision information contained in the Revenue Analytics data warehouse |

Position requires two to four years’ Revenue Management or Financial Analysis, or other related work experience. The successful individual will provide analytical support to operational areas (F&B/Retail) for the purpose of maximizing revenue by identifying areas of opportunity that have the greatest and most immediate financial impact. The ideal candidate must have proven business experience that demonstrates the successful application of analytical and decision-making/problem-solving skills, and a proficiency in spreadsheet and database tools: MS Excel, MS Access and Hyperion/Brio. The team member should be a self-starter with leadership ability, able to think and work independently, have excellent interpersonal and English verbal/written communication skills, and be able to develop and deliver executive level presentations. Additionally, you must be detail-oriented, possess excellent organizational skills, able to work well in a fast-paced dynamic environment and to manage multiple projects to completion, coordinate action plans and implement decision strategies. You must also be comfortable with occasional international travel. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance or Accounting, or a related field from a four-year college or university is required; MBA is a plus.
