Job Description: The successful candidate will be a self-starter, able to think and work independently, possess excellent interpersonal and English verbal and written communication skills, and be able to develop and deliver executive level presentations. Additionally, the candidate must be detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, be able to work well in a fast paced dynamic environment and manage multiple projects to completion. The individual must also be comfortable with occasional domestic and international travel. A Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience is required; MBA is a plus.

Position requires a minimum of two years Revenue Management, Financial Analysis, or other related work experience. Reporting directly to the Manager of Operations Analysis, the successful individual will provide analytical support to the Casino Operations team, primarily by monitoring the effectiveness of various initiatives, performing regular and ad hoc revenue and cost analysis, as well as assisting in the development of budgets and forecasts. The idea candidate must have proven business experience that demonstrates the successful application of analytical and decision-making/problem solving-skills, and a proficiency in spreadsheet and database tools including MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access and Hyperion/Brio/SQL. |
