Job Description: Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following: · Review recordings of incidents onboard and any significant gaming activity brought to shore side’s attention by the ships. · Store the electronic media for required periods in an organized fashion. · Performing random reviews of general Casino operations from surveillance recording media to include: management’s presence on the Casino floor, times of Casino opening/closing, supervisor’ vigilance in gaming pits, soft counts (both table and slot), gaming procedures and other general security practices · monthly reporting of Casino gaming activities · Works with shipboard management to check the Griffin Gold database for names and descriptions of players identified onboard as being involved in significant Casino activity · Conducts player background checks when required · Ensures an adequate supply of media storage on each vessel and replenishes stocks as needed and ensures that quality recording is possible at all times · Can be relied on to conduct undercover surveillance when placed aboard ship in the capacity of a Guest using the same basic visit structure as that afforded the Company’s shopper program. · Complete special projects as requested by management

Position requires knowledge of Casino Gaming including internal controls and gaming regulations, as well as supervisory and management practices, procedures and techniques and the ability to obtain a valid gaming license. The ideal candidate must be able to work as a team member and independently on multiple tasks and meet deadlines while ensuring quality results. The individual must be highly detail-oriented, possess organizational and analytical skills, and be able and willing to work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment. Additionally, personal initiative and professional enthusiasm are important skills for this position. The individual must have excellent interpersonal and English verbal/written communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office. The position involves minimal travel (less than 5%).
