Job Description: The successful candidate will be a self starter with leadership ability to think and work independently, possess excellent interpersonal and English verbal/written communication skills, and able to develop and deliver executive level presentations. Additionally, the candidate must be detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, be able to work well in a fast-paced dynamic environment and manage multiple projects to completion. The individual must also be comfortable with occasional domestic and international travel. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is required; MBA is a plus.

Position requires a minimum of five years of Casino experience in Revenue Management or Financial Analysis. The successful individual will provide analytical support to the casino operations team primarily by monitoring the effectiveness of various initiatives, performing ad hoc revenue and cost analysis, and assisting in the development of budgets and forecasts. The ideal candidate must have proven business experience that demonstrates the successful application of analytical and decision-making / problem-solving skills, and a proficiency in spreadsheet and database tools such as: MS Excel, MS Access and Hyperion/Brio/SQL.
