Job Description: Position requires a minimum of two years of Casino experience or in a comparable role. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive knowledge of player development programs, all standard casino table games and slot offerings, player ratings and the principles of calculating comp values. This candidate will work with management in formulating a casino marketing and player development program and associated budget. In addition, they will be responsible for implementing programs, monitoring the success of any initiatives and ensuring that any costs are within the prescribed budget. The candidate will also manage the onboard hosts and will define and enhance their role, so that they function optimally and provide the greatest operational impact on our shipboard groups and individual premium guests, as well as managing any marketing initiatives that may be introduced. Candidate must be able to travel domestically and internationally for up to 20% of the time. A Bachelor’s in Business, Accounting, or in a related field degree required; MBA is a plus.
