Job Description: Minimum Requirements:
5 to 10 years of progressive management experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel with at least five years operational experience in food and beverage, front office and / or housekeeping. Proven ability to manage all hotel operations functions with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
Knowledge of the principles and processes of business and organizational planning and execution including strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques, quality service standards and customer satisfaction evaluation techniques
Ability to manage international staff in a positive and productive manner
Bachelors Degree in hospitality management, business administration or related field from an accredited college or university or the international equivalent preferred
