Job Description: Provide excellent service to guests when accurately taking orders, filling orders and making change in a fast paced and stressful environment. Perform all duties in accordance with Planet Hollywood policies and within the realm of the Planet Hollywood’s Mission Statement.
Qualifications:
Six months previous experience in a fast paced F&B environment with cash handling experience preferred. Must be able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner. Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills. Must be able to pass a math test. Must be able to effectively communicate in English in both written and oral form. Must be flexible to work varied shifts. Must be able to get along with coworkers and work as a team. Must present a well-groomed appearance.
Work Environment and ADA Requirements:
Must be able to maneuver to all areas of the casino, including all food and beverage service areas. Must be able to work independently. Must be able to quickly and accurately perform mathematical computations. Must be able to conduct conversations with customers and employees. Must be able to tolerate areas containing second hand smoke. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues. Must be able to lift, bend, push and pull unassisted in close space. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
