Job Description: Responsibilities
• Monitor casino activities through close circuit television (CCTV)
• Provide quality customer service by ensuring that all matters are resolved in an effective and timely manner
• Ensure integrity and security of the casino is maintained at all times
• Observe, record and report on all matters relating to the casino and surveillance operations
Requirement s
• Meet statutory requirement of minimum 21 years of age
• Minimum 1 year in similar role in related environment
• Certificate or equivalent
• Able to perform shifts including weekends & public holidays
