Job Description: Responsible for providing quality customer service, guest satisfaction and increasing rated play. Develop and manage the budget for premium slot play and VIP promotions. Ensure the safety and security of employees and customers. Evaluate customer play for comping needs. Responsible for managing and increasing rated play - both tables and slots. Communicate with premium/rated players through telemarketing, letter writing about available services, promotions opportunities and special events. Communicate between guest and staff department to ensure customer satisfaction. Review and manage departmental financial data. Review activities and promotional status with Director of Player Development. Meet with departmental directors and managers as necessary. Other duties as assigned.
