| Job Description: Candiate will be able to conduct training and evaluate needs for the Surveillance team. Candidate should be able to write policies and procedures, prepare schedules and payroll, ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, ensure the monitoring of gaming floors as needed, ensure that proper security and chain of custody is maintained on all departmental evidence, manage the efficiency of the department operations; Will act as liaison between the Compliance Director and the department. The ideal candidate should have working knowledge of the software systems such as PELCO and ACSC. Table View is a plus. Candidate should also be proficient in Microsoft Office. Candidate will supervise Surveillance Shift Supervisors and CCTV Technician and indirectly supervise the Surveillance Monitors. |
