Job Description: Responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient operations of Table Games with approved guidelines, applicable laws, policies and procedures during assigned shift.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Must adhere to the safety policies of the Kiowa Casino and the Table Games Department. 2. Assists with hiring, training, performance evaluations, discipline, and terminating with concurrence of department director. 3. Enforces policy and procedures for all Table Games and Poker. 4. Prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects simultaneously, organize and delegate assignments. 5. Assists in the development of all departmental programs and special events. 6. Analyze customer play, cheating, scams, card counters, collusion and unusual or suspicious variations of play. 7. Ensures adequate staffing levels through scheduling. 8. Knowledgeable of local, federal and state gaming regulations as well as Kiowa Casino internal controls, policies and procedures. 9. Attends all management meetings and other meetings and other meetings as assigned by the Director of Table Games. 10.Resolves guest complaints in a prompt and courteous manner. 11.Ensures all guests are satisfied with their experience at the Kiowa Casino. 12.Responsible for hiring, retaining, promoting, performance evaluations, training, disciplining, and terminating employee with concurrence of the Department Director, General Manager and the Director of Human Resources. 13.Must adhere to the safety rules and regulations of the Kiowa Casino and of the Table Games department. |
