Job Description: ACCOUNTABILITIES, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS
•Must be able to lift 20 lbs – not repetitive •Proven ability to work independently as well as in a team environment •Ability to work in a confined area/high volume stress environment •Ability to stand for extended periods of time •Strong organizational and multitasking skills •O.S.S.D. or equivalent as recognized by the Ministry of Education •Flexible to support to a 7/24 operation •Demonstrated 1 year in Food & Beverage. •Experience in a Quick Service and high volume Restaurant preferred. •Exceptional Guest Service skills •Any other duties as assigned |

Reporting to the Grand Buffet/Deli Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing the guest with exceptional guest service in a high volume area, preparing sandwiches, salads, desserts and beverages. The candidate will also stock and clean the work area, fill the condiment containers, wrap foods, refill the salad bar and hot items, as well as ensure the refrigerators and all supplies are stocked. Heavy lifting is required.
The Counter Server is also responsible for the strict adherence of the Food & Beverage compliance policies, internal control procedures, Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario control specifications and Casino policies and procedures. |
