Job Description: ACCOUNTABILITIES, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS Preference will be given to candidates who are exceeding or meeting performance expectations in their current position O.S.S.D. or equivalent as recognized by the Ministry of Education Previous customer service experience in Sales, Marketing or Tourism and knowledge of Niagara Region and District Ability to maintain professionalism under stressful situations, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Must possess exceptional organizational skills Knowledge of the Casino layout and floor plan Ability to stand for extended periods of time Must be able to work independently as well as in a strong team environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of the Gaming Management computer system as asset Experience working with Showgate, MICROS and NMRS an asset Knowledge of Comping system an asset Working knowledge of WHMIS and Health and Safety Act Flexible to support a 7/24 operation Any other duties as assigned

Reporting to the Players Advantage Club Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible to work efficiently and independently in a busy environment. You will be responsible for enrolling players into the Players Advantage Club as well as enrolling Players for tournaments and special events, handling customer service issues, analyzing Players Comp worth and making responsible decisions. The Player Advantage Club Associate will also be responsible for explaining the advantages of the Players Advantage Club, accurately entering customer applications in the ACSC system and offering complimentaries, as well as promoting outstanding guest relations. The Players Advantage Club Associate works closely with the Promotions department.
The Players Advantage Club Associate is also responsible for the strict adherence of the Marketing compliance policies, internal control procedures, Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario control specifications, and Casino policy and procedures.
