Job Description: Responsibilities 1. Performs Slot Pull: pulls cash drop cassettes from the slot machines and replaces with empty cassettes
2. Performs Table Games Box Pull: pulls cash drop boxes from table games.
3. Reconciles Slot and Table Pulls: empties cash cassettes and drop boxes in accordance with proper policies and procedures. Reconciles all drop counts.
4. Prepares daily revenue deposits from deposit figures provided from the Countroom Supervisor.
5. Prepares and reconciles cash and coin floats for specific stations (ex. food & beverage, CTK).
6. Reconciles vending machines, CTK machines, Keno.
7. Replenishes pull tab machines, and reconciles pull tab monies.
8. Balances delivered monies through currency counters to verify the amount of cash delivered.
9. Ensures that the Count Room supplies are sufficient and that the Countroom is clean and organized at the end of each shift.
10. Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements • Minimum 6 months administration experience involving various clerical tasks such as cash handling and computer data input
• Strong math skills
• Excellent communicator – both written and verbal English
• Solid customer service skills
• Self-motivated and works well with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Proven to be detail oriented, reliable, punctual, efficient, and diligent in duties and responsibilities
• Team player
Additional Physical Requirements:
• Ability to pull, lift, and carry objects up to 35 lbs, and push and pull heavy trolley
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
