Job Description: Responsibilities 1. Supervises the Drop Team, providing instruction and assigning duties when necessary.
2. Trains, develops, and mentors new Drop Team Members, evaluates their performance, and undertakes disciplinary action when necessary.
3. Performs all the essential functions of a Drop Team Member.
4. Oversees Slot and Table Drop, PTM log, and Drop Team equipment cleaning and maintenance.
5. Enters data and reconciles both soft and hard count figures and non-gaming revenues.
6. Replenishes and reconciles food & beverage floats, and balances food & beverage safe.
7. Coordinates the preparation of daily tasks for the Drop Team function.
8. Coordinates Drop Team Members break times within the Drop Team routine.
9. Maintains effective communication with Countroom Supervisors regarding Drop Team function issues, equipment problems, and safe work practices.
10. Performs other duties as required.
Requirements Minimum 1 year administration experience involving various clerical tasks such as cash handling and computer data input
Proven leadership skills able to direct and supervise staff
Strong math skills
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal English
Self-motivated and works well with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
Additional Physical Requirements:
Ability to pull, lift, and carry objects up to 35 lbs, and push and pull heavy trolleys
Ability to stand for long periods of time
