Job Description: Our Food and Beverage department is always on the lookout for great talent. If you have a passion for the Food and Beverage service industry and love working in a fast paced, dynamic environment, then one of these full time or on call positions could be for you:
•Metro Bistro: Food Runners & Cashiers
•Backstage Grille: Hosts, Servers & Bartenders
•Lion’s Den Show Lounge: Bartenders & Servers
•Casino: Poker / High Limit Servers, Casino Floor Servers
•Red Robinson Theatre: Bartenders & Banquet Servers
WHAT WILL IT TAKE TO JOIN THE TEAM?
•A minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a Food and Beverage environment
•SIR, Smart Serve or IGB Certificate an asset•The ability to exceed internal and external customer expectations through timely, effective and service oriented communication•Point of Sale (POS) experience•A High School Diploma
•Post Secondary hospitality or hotel education an asset •The ability to stand for long periods of time
•A knack for providing a Great Experience and Memory to all guests, both external and internal
AND:
•Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills
•Fantastic customer service skills
•A fun can do attitude
•Excellent multi tasking skills
•Being collaborative and never losing sight of being apart of a team
