• Minimum one year guest services / hospitality / food & beverage industry experience
• Foodsafe Certificate Level 1
• Excellent customer service skills including demonstrated ability to be friendly, efficient, polite and patient
• Excellent ability to multi-task
• Must be able to work unsupervised and recognize when tasks need to be completed
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Must be physically able to lift 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time

Position Overview Provides an environment that it is clean and well maintained for Restaurant and Casino Guests. Clears and washes dishware that is used in the restaurant and kitchen.
Responsibilities 1. Remove dirty glasses, plates, and debris from each department floor
2. Assist the servers and bartenders (also to deliver food)
3. Maintain stock levels (including to help stock the bar)
4. Ensure all of the casino's assets in china, glass, and silver are carefully handled in a safe manner
5. Wash plateware, glassware, silverware, pots/pans and kitchen utensils according to sanitation and cleaning procedures
6. Communicate effectively with all adjoining departments to ensure sufficient and clean wares are available to service the guests in the casino and other areas
7. Empty garbage as needed in all kitchen and service areas
8. Coordinate the removal of soiled kitchen rags and hot towels and replenishment of clean stock twice daily
9. Clean various areas in need as requested by chefs, cooks and service staff
10. Maintain the cleanliness of the floor as assigned in daily shift duties
