Job Description: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Provides fast and flawless service to every customer.
· Provides friendly service to every customer.
· Cleans ash urns, vacuums carpet areas, cleans slot machines, polishes furniture and other bright areas.
· Properly uses cleaning equipment and chemicals to ensure safety.
· Performs laundry/linen receipt.
· Cleans and monitors customer and employee bathrooms.
· Empties garbage on casino floor and other back of house areas.
· Acts as a role model to other employees and always presents oneself as a credit to Harrah’s and encourages others to do the same.
· Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures.
· Completes all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
REQUIREMENTS:
· High School diploma or equivalent required.
· Some knowledge of proper chemical usage preferred.
· Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shift.
· Ability to work a flexible shift to include nights, holidays and weekends.
· Must be a team player.
· Must have no more than 4 attendance points to transfer.
