HARRAH'S JOLIET CASINO AND HOTEL: PART-TIME BUS PERSON
Job Description: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Maintains a constant flow of dirty dishes, glassware and silver to kitchen and provides all clean supplies to dining room.
• Responsible for maintaining required level of supplies in the dining room.
• Meticulously cleans and resets dining room tables and booths.
• Empties garbage.
• Assists other employees in their duties as needed.
• Acts as a role model and presents oneself as a credit to Harrah’s and encourages others to do the same.
• Adheres to all department and company policies and procedures.
• Performs all related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months previous restaurant experience is preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays.
