Job Description: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: · Manages the Senior Executive Host Team operations including the issuance and compliance of all casino credit regulations and policies during applicable hours. · Serves as a department leader in the care and servicing of all casino patrons. · Sets the example and fosters among the Executive Host staff the reinforcing of the Harrah’s Service cycle which targets guest welcoming, building lasting relationships and encourages return visits. · Maintains and establishes relationships with premium-valued gaming guests and promotes Harrah’s and our gaming experience to potential high worth guests. · Continually communicates within the Executive Host team the need of growing gaming revenue, both Slots and Tables, through the development of our targeted customer base. · Teaches and trains the skills and techniques necessary to handle difficult guests, their complaints and concerns, while ensuring that all patrons are dealt with in an efficient and professional manner. · Interacts with Special Events staff to ensure highest quality theoretical attendance and maximum return on all on and off property events. · Responsible for organizing monthly assignments, cross property events and projects and the analysis and accounting for reporting results of these assigned efforts. · Maintains superior relations with Hotel Director, Front desk staff and VIP team to guarantee that all complimentary needs, requirements and associated expenses are delivered as agreed. · Establishes and enforces the highest quality standards within the Host, VIP and Hotel staff to ensure superior, quality guest experience each and every visit. · Responsible for developing all staff schedules, department and company-wide performance standards and employee evaluations. Counsels, guides and instructs assigned personnel in proper performance of their duties. · Acts as a role model to other employees and always presents oneself as a credit to Harrah’s and encourages others to do the same. · Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures.
