Job Description: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: · Maintains close ties with target guests through personal contact · Arranges accommodations and amenities · Handles and resolves player problems · Maintains goodwill with all guests · Ensures guest is aware of events and supports execution through attendance and follow-up. · Recommends improvements of facilities or services to ensure the success of guest programs · Provides complimentaries according to established guidelines · Communicates guidelines for the issuance and/or collection according to established regulatory procedures. · Builds relationships with existing target customers. · Actively seeks out qualified prospects and introduces them to property, Total Reward program, amenities and customer rewards program · Drives revenue and profits from target guest to achieve stated goals · Represents the company at external functions and special events · Plans, schedules and arranges visits to Harrah’s for selected individual guest. · Uses all systems for the purpose of tracking complimentary items, guest contacts and event reservations. · Seeks direction from manager to investigate, evaluate and determine the financial stability of potential customers using all reliable sources available. · Understands competitive environment and can promote and explain Harrah’s benefits and features. · Gives feedback to the appropriate department as new competitor information is acquired. · Acts as a role model and presents oneself as a credit to Harrah’s and encourages others to do the same. · Adheres to all department and company policies and procedures. · Performs all related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
REQUIREMENTS: · Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent preferred · Outstanding organizational skills required · Must have a minimum of three years supervisory capacity with customer related service or one (1) year experience in Casino Operations, Casino Marketing, Player Development or industry sales experience with assigned accounts and service standards · Must have strong PC skills · Must agree to sign a non-disclosure agreement · Must have no more than 3 attendance points
