Job Description: The Host/Hostess is responsible for greeting and seating customers in a timely manner and providing excellent customer service at all times. • Greet and seat customers entering the restaurant. • Provide and review menu and specials with guests, answering questions as required. • Inform guests of server’s name, and advise server of new guests in their section. • Add/remove place settings as needed. • Check reservations and ensure proper preparation.
