Job Description: Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
•Ensure the smooth and effective daily operation of "28"
•Partner with key stakeholders in the development & execution of customer related projects and strategic initiatives
•Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholder Business Units
•Control and oversee monthly revenues and expenditure
•Coach, train and develop key reports to strive for customer service excellence
You will be passionate in your pursuit of promoting and maintaining impeccable service standards commensurate with a Premium 5 Star Food & Beverage establishment.
Relevant Tertiary qualifications in Hospitality/Tourism Management or Business related discipline will be highly regarded.

As the Manager of "28" you will take responsibility for providing a tailored and personalised customer service experience for all VIP and Club Lounge guests.
Additionally you will lead, motivate and coach a high performing team of professionals to ensure exceptional service standards are maintained. |
