At the rivercard casino get the personal touch, contacting customer services is often long winded and too much hassle for what is often a simple question.
I'm a member of over 50 forums and can be found on multiple chat rooms daily. Not to mention I'm happy to give out my personal email so you can contact me any time with your queries.
I believe a player should be able to short out a problem or have a question answered straight and directly from the people in the know.
