This is sooo true I have been waiting over a month for a withdraw. When I call by phone they act as if they are having problems hearing me then they hange up. Then when I go to the chat they are so rude and tell me to email my verification, which I have done that on numberous occassions. That is ok I have contacted three of their other customers and they will not make any more deposites until this issue is resolved, they also told me they would contact other persons and family and request they do the same. Kinda like a bann on that casino. See here is the proof about the withdraw and the approval of said withdraw and I have yet to see it

Yes you are SOOOOOO great NOT, as long as the customers give you money and deposite it is fine, but whgen they try to withdraw you block or close out the account. Let me tell yo a little story about VIRTUAL CASINO, BIG FRAUD SITE The reason I imply this issue is simple. I had attemptes to do a withdraw for the first time after playing there for over a year, with an average spent 30 to 40 a month. I was over two weeks before any thing was being done with my withdraw, I wanted to play but as anyone knows that a deposite may not be done while a withdraw is pending, so I contacted customer service. Oh they gladly helped by opening an old account anna1967 so that I may deposite. I asked if that was against the rules and if it would effect my with draw. Customer service stated on the phone that everything would be fineand that it would have no effect on my withdraw. WRONG So you see VIRTUAL CASINO and its sister sites should be investigated and closed down for FRAUD and MALACE

stay away from refercasino.com call them and tie up their lines 1-866-968-7946 manger named roger promised payment and its over 6 months past due on their above website it states and i quote timely payments every time. lol

Well, I'm gonna put in my 2 cents worth... have played at Virtual Group for amost a year.. thought they were great, thought Danny was great... great bonus's, great info on his site etc. etc. but.. I have to say that after the fiasco I had... I'd played on a no-max-no-playthru bonus and won, just over $600, when I talked to "live help" the guy there said I had to play the bonus & deposit thru 20 x's, I argued but to no avail , he said contact Danny and gave me a time.. I had to email instead, guess I got his off days, took 3 days to get back to me (in the mean time the money went down down down after talking with live help) so nothing left.. Danny appologized said the guy was new.. sorry it happened. End of subject.
To me, if a customer gets screwed like that, the employee should be gone, customer should be given something as a token of sincerity.. I even defended him here.. told him he should check out the site and defend him/his casino group if things we not as said... did I hear back from him, noppa, nothing.. nadda.. zip so I've learned my lesson. I have since made a few deposits, using bonus.. still hoping beyond hope for another win... but..now I play the free chips if they are there, if I'm bored especially since the banks can now tell me what I can and can't do with my money... but my advice.. if you really want to play online, try the Fortune Group.. Royal Vegas etc. there are about 7 of them and they're great at making payment if you win.. a friend won over 1000 and got paid ( I saw it) and I've won there a couple of times.. 100 here, 200 there... and gotten paid!!! The only downside, they don't offer much in the way of bonus's.. but.. hey what land based casino offeres them, right??

I'll throw my thoughts in too. They are not the fastest or indeed the slowest of payers, I put in a withdrawl request for $1500 having played on a coupon. The bonus was removed from my request as expected. It was approved on day 8 (there terms state 7-10 days, and $1000 (started with $100) was with me 2 days later. The only complaints i have are that some coupons/bonus rules should be made clearer, although that too seems to be improving.

WOW...So you got your payment eh.. that's great!! I have to admit, since "Danny" has taken over, things do seem to be picking up, he does promise if you have a problem, contact him and he will take care of it. I admit, I do still play there since there are not many places that give the bonus coupons like they do, not that I'm ever winning but it's a bigger bang for the buck so to speak. Would be great to hit something, again, and be able to come in here and say "all is well with Virtual Group" but.. time (and money) eh. By the way, the list that was given of all the Virtual Group Casinos, they're not all under the same umbrella any more, seems there are only a couple of them now, there are restrictions if you have an account at one you can't have one at all the others... not sure of the reasoning but.. oh well I don't make the rules. Am REALLY glad to hear someone actually won and got their money.. way to go.. nice win!!!
